Ok, so I have a challenge thrown down to me at work from my colleague Casey.
5 Sets of 5 Reps - Back Squat - 130lbs
Then 5 Rounds of:
2 Over Head Press - 75lbs
2 Pulls Ups
2 Over Head Press - 75lbs
4 Pull Ups
2 Over Head Press - 75lbs
6 Pull Ups
Get that????!!!! So basically all of the above X 5!!!!!!
We finished in 11 minutes 45 seconds.
My Arms and shoulders are pumped!!!! Now for a 20km Bike ride!!!
