Wow, what a few weeks it's been. CrossFit Games in LA has certainly got me hooked into doing this Fittest on Earth fitness regime.
I have got myself stronger, fitter & quite possibly in the best shape of my life at the age of 38 Years!!!!! Honestly!!!! I feel amazing right now.
So with a strength component of 4 Rounds of 30 Seconds of Push Ups on the Power Plate, some movement prep, warm up and stretching, and travel roller, our workout of the day ( WOD )is:
50 Double Unders (skipping)- For me its skipping 150 reps
50 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
40 Double Unders - For me it's 120 reps
40 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders - For me it's 90 reps
30 Sits Ups
10 Burpees
20 Double Unders - for me it's 60 reps
20 Sits Ups
10 Burpees
10 Double Unders - for me its 30 reps
10 Sits Ups
10 Burpees
Pete Kendrick finished in just under 9 minutes - Awesome work buddy!!!
Geoff Berhend just behind, followed by Johannes Heine, and I finished just after 13 minutes.
Sweating profusely, before I had a customer to demo the Power Plate. Nice!!!!!
