I leave today for my vacation to the UK. Visiting Swindon, Crudwell, Hankerton, Norwich & London.
With a TEN hour flight to look forward to, and the forward turning of the clock EIGHT hours, I focus on some movement for the long haul.
A quick workout in the gym as follows:
Row 400m
20 OverHead Press
20 Hand Release Push Ups
Row 300m
15 OverHead Press
15 Hand Release Push Ups
200m Row
10 OverHead Press
10 Hand Release Push Ups
TABATA Sit Ups.
A good workout to start the day and the journey.
And, also, here's my thinking. If I get up out of my seat every hour, I can do 50 squats and have a stretch. So maybe 10 rounds of that. Let's see......sleep well on the plane or workout!!!!???? What's your suggestion??
