Power Plate, CrossFit 20 - 200 Workout



I needed a big tough workout today after 2 days in Whistler Blackcomb Glacier Hiking.

It's all about the 2's today. 20 reps, 200 reps or 200 metres distance.

So, have a go if you like at the following workout for time:

200 Double Unders or single skipping
20 Wall Balls - 16lbs
20 Pull Ups
200m Row
20 Power Plate Push Ups
20 Kettle Bell Swings - 16lbs
20 Toes to Bar
20 Burpees
20 Over Head Press - 75lbs

I managed all of this in 17 minutes 45 seconds....... and I was FISH'd!!!!!!!
