Power Plate & CrossFit Workout



I had the pleasure of my first Hand Stand Push Ups (HSPU) today. Wow!!! They are hard work. I could only manage 2 reps, so I had to improvise on a progression of HSPU's.



My Power Plate warm up and stretch was followed by:

3 Rounds with 3 minute rest between each round:

10 HSPU & 10 Pull Ups

10 HSPU & 7 Pull Ups

10 HSPU & 6 Pull Ups

My Shoulders, lats, and arms feel the burn!!!!!

Then to finish, I cycle 16km around Stanley Park. Beautiful!!!!
