
Back in the workout routine after a few weeks vacation, although I did manage to fit in some training whilst away.
Fight Gone Bad was a rude awakening after a trip away for 2 weeks and here's why...
We had to do 3 rounds of 5 exercises which were 1 minute each. After 5 minutes hard work for round 1, you then rest for 1 minute.
So, all in all, it's a 17 minute workout which goes like this!!
Wall Balls - as many as possible in 1 minute
Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls - as many as possible in 1 minute
Box Jumps - as many as possible in 1 minute
75lbs Bar Bell Press - as many as possible in 1 minute
Row - as many calories burned in 1 minute.
With 1 minute rest in between the rounds I thought this looked tough, and damn, it was tough.
My total reps and calories score at the end was 240!!!
I'll try again in 6 weeks, and I'll be aiming for 250-300 score!!
