New Body for me - Body By Vi



Over the last few weeks, I've been asked my secret on keeping fit & looking good...so here is what I do.

Power Plate workouts, CrossFit workouts, Cycling, Swimming, Hiking up Grouse Mountain & Street Hockey. A lot of Travel Roller trigger point therapy.

For nutrition, I follow the Paleo Solution and take Vi-Salus supplement shakes.
