Personal Power Plate Trainer

A little bio on me:

Jason has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Having qualified as a personal trainer in the UK in 1989, he enjoyed a successful career managing hotel leisure clubs, working for an oesteopath and working as a martial arts instructor before starting his own personal training business, JLS Pro-Fit.

Always looking for a new challenge, Jason was one of the first to hear about the Power Plate in 2006 so followed his curiosity and researched and tested the innovative technology to see what value it could bring to his clients. Realizing the Power Plate could make a significant difference to many peoples’ lives, Jason quickly gained his Power Plate Level 1&2 certificates. Before long, Jason was brought in to launch and manage five dedicated Power Plate centres in London, leading over 1000 sessions a week.

After moving to Vancouver in August 2010, Jason wished to pursue his passion for the Power Plate in another market. Recognizing the potential in this unrelativley untapped market, he contacted the only accredited retailer of Power Plate in Western Canada to see if he could join the team and really bring vibration technology to the masses.

Jason has worked with all ages and fitness levels using the Power Plate with some remarkable results. Recently, he has been working with people who have medical issues including multiple-sclerosis and spinal cord injuries – all of whom have attributed the Power Plate in part to aiding with their mobility.

Leaning on his passions for soccer and golf, Jason has enjoyed working alongside UK professional soccer players and European Tour golfers to help with their peak performance in the field.

Jason currently consults, trains and gives seminars to any interested Fitness Town customers.
