
My Workout for the Day:
Travel Roller for 10 minutes.
As many Rounds As Possible - 10 Minutes Time.
10 Sit Ups
10 Latt Pull Down
10 Hand Release Push Ups.
My result was 8 Rounds.
A full out 100% effort, as when it got hard on me, I just had to think back to those who were in the war, would have had worse conditions than me.
A solid effort all round.
And a positive Remembrance Day!!
